Atractive Commerce ships the products you ordered.

Normally, deliver is made within 5 business days after receipt of order if we have the goods in stock. If the goods are out of stock, we will notify you of the delivery time. You will receive an e-mail confirmation with your tracking number after we ship the products.

Net Total up to 5000 JPY: 500 JPY
Net Total up to 10000 JPY: 840 JPY
Net Total over 10000 JPY: Free

Cancelation Policy

Your order, or any item in your order, can be canceled anytime within 24 hours of purchase. Upon order canceled, a restocking fee of 25% applies. After 24 hours of payment, we could not cancel your order due to various sources of your package, and everything has been booked.

Refund Policy

At attv-commerce.com, your satisfaction is what we strive for. We offer a comprehensive return policy to ensure that once you own a Fahion4US product, you will not buy from anywhere else, ever again.

We accept returns for exchange or refund for the following reasons:

1. Shipping errors

2. Damaged goods

Please contact us and return the products, and any shipping charges must be paid by the customer. All inquiries will be answered in 2 days.

You should report the problems in 3 days after receive the products. Returning must be in 7 days after receive the products and must be in original condition when return to us. When the returned package arrives at our provided place, we will examine the item, identify the problem, we will ship the correct items back to you at no extra cost. We will handle the necessary shipping fees (from us back to you). We will not be responsible for the returning shipping fee (from you to us).

If we discover nothing wrong with returned items , we will promptly ship them back to you. In these cases, you will be responsible for the shipping fees in both directions.

Shipping carrier always makes all possible attempts to deliver a customer's package to their provided address. However, in case the customer's address is not found by shipping companies, we will try to contact the customer by their email address to inform the event. The customer also feels free to contact their local shipping agent to retrieve the package. If any package returned as a prolonged result of multiple unsuccesful contact attempts both by us and the shipping company, the customer has to pay for the shipping fee again to be sent back to your address.

All requests to reverse and/or negate charges are investigated by our Technical and Legal Departments. If a fraudulent claim of unauthorized card usage is made, attv-commerce.com reserves the right to report this activity to the customer's bank. This report may result in cancellation of card services, have a negative impact with credit reporting agencies and/or create possible criminal charges that can be filed against the customer.

We reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at its discretion and/or in any case where it believes a customer is abusing the Refund Policy. Any such revision or change will be binding and effective immediately after the revised Refund Policy is posted here on attv-commerce.com Web sites. The customer agrees to periodically review the attv-commerce.com Web sites, including the current version of the Refund Policy.
